Bio-based auxiliary for the pretreatment of textile fabrics by using reactive dyes in digital printing. The product act as a film forming agent to modify the surface of cellulosic fibres to substantially improve the printing quality. As a result, farbics treated with Polyprint DP-R show superb colour yield on all colours (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black), high definition (prevent migration of dyes) as well as perfect wash off properties.
Polyprint DP-R can be easily dissolved in water under stirring (approx 5-10 min).After full dissolution of the product in water, other printing chemicals can be added.We recommend to use 10 - 14 g/1 (1.0 - 1.4%) in pretreament liquor, applied by padding.
